RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Workout supplement. Source of essential amino acids for the maintenance of good health. Source of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are involved in protein synthesis. Source of carbohydrates to support energy production. Helps to maintain performance in extended (greater than 60 min), high-intensity exercise. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Helps to maintain proper muscle function.

RECOMMENDED DOSE:  Adults. Take 1 scoop daily. Mix with 12-14 oz (250-400ml) of water. Take a few hours before or after taking any medications.

Great and Healthy product

I've used this product daily 2 scoops everyday for 15 days. I have experience growth physically and mental sharpness. I used the Vanilla flavor and was always skeptical of protein flavors put this one with 500 of water you'd swear is a Vanilla milkshake with warm or cold water. I strongly consider and use this revolutionary product. Considering all the other products on the market this list everything it contains with no secrets or miss information.
